KIZMU Privacy Policy

1. Information Handled by the App

KIZMU stores workout records entered by the user on the user's device. This may include program names, exercise names, weight, reps, session dates and times, gym names, exercise notes, and app settings. Data entered in an earlier version, including body-weight or protein entries, may remain stored locally for migration until the user deletes app data. Workout content is not automatically sent to the developer's servers or RevenueCat.

2. Backup and Cloud Services

KIZMU does not automatically sync workout data to the developer's servers or CloudKit. Users can manually export a versioned workout-data backup from Settings and choose a Files location, including iCloud Drive. The exported file is handled under the storage provider and Apple Account settings selected by the user. Subscription entitlement and legacy health entries are not included in this manual backup.

3. Purchases and Subscription Management

Pro subscriptions and payments are processed by the Apple App Store. The developer does not receive credit card numbers, Apple Account credentials, or other payment-card information.

KIZMU uses RevenueCat to synchronize App Store subscription status, validate access to paid features, support restore and migration operations, and understand subscription performance. RevenueCat may receive and process an anonymous App User ID generated by its SDK, App Store receipt and purchase history, product identifiers, transaction and subscription dates and status, country or storefront and currency, last app activity, and basic app and device technical information. KIZMU does not provide RevenueCat with workout content, photos, email addresses, credit card numbers, or Apple Account identifiers. KIZMU does not set a custom App User ID or advertising identifier in RevenueCat.

Purchase history is used for app functionality and subscription analytics. KIZMU does not link this data to the user's identity and does not use it to track a person across apps or websites.

4. Service Providers and Disclosure

KIZMU uses Apple for App Store purchases and RevenueCat for subscription management and analytics. These providers process the limited information described in this policy on the developer's behalf and under their own privacy terms. The developer does not sell user information or disclose it for advertising or tracking a person across apps or websites. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Users can delete app data stored on the device from Settings > Delete all data. Deleted on-device data cannot be restored. A backup previously exported to Files or iCloud Drive must be deleted separately from the location selected by the user.

Some purchase and transaction records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or the developer when necessary for subscription operation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or accounting obligations.

1. 本アプリが取り扱う情報

本アプリ「KIZMU」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者が入力したトレーニング記録（プログラム名、種目名、重量、回数、セッション日時、ジム名、種目メモ）とアプリ設定を端末内にローカル保存します。旧バージョンで入力した体重やタンパク質の記録は、利用者がアプリデータを削除するまで移行用データとして端末内に残る場合があります。トレーニング内容が、当方のサーバーまたは RevenueCat へ自動送信されることはありません。

2. バックアップとクラウドサービス

本アプリは、トレーニングデータを当方のサーバーまたは CloudKit へ自動同期しません。利用者は「設定」からバージョン付きのトレーニングデータバックアップを手動で書き出し、iCloud Drive を含む「ファイル」の保存先を選択できます。書き出し先での取り扱いは、利用者が選択した保存サービスと Apple Account の設定に従います。購読権限と旧バージョンの健康ログはこの手動バックアップに含まれません。

3. 購入とサブスクリプション管理

Pro サブスクリプションの購入と決済は Apple App Store が処理します。当方はクレジットカード番号、Apple Account の認証情報、その他のカード決済情報を取得しません。

本アプリは、App Store の購読状態の同期、有料機能の利用可否の確認、復元・移行処理、およびサブスクリプション実績の把握に RevenueCat を利用します。RevenueCat には、同社 SDK が生成する匿名の App User ID、App Store のレシートと購入履歴、商品 ID、取引・購読の日時と状態、国またはストアフロントと通貨、アプリの最終利用時刻、および基本的なアプリ・端末の技術情報が送信・処理される場合があります。本アプリから RevenueCat へ、トレーニング内容、写真、メールアドレス、クレジットカード番号、Apple Account の識別子を送信することはありません。また、RevenueCat にカスタム App User ID や広告識別子を設定していません。

購入履歴は、アプリの機能提供とサブスクリプション分析に利用します。本アプリはこの情報を利用者の身元に紐付けず、アプリやWebサイトをまたいで利用者を追跡する目的にも利用しません。

4. 外部サービスと情報の開示

本アプリは、App Store での購入処理に Apple、サブスクリプション管理・分析に RevenueCat を利用します。各サービスは、本ポリシーに記載した限定的な情報を、当方の委託先として各社のプライバシー条件に従って処理します。当方は利用者の情報を販売せず、広告またはアプリやWebサイトをまたいで個人を追跡する目的で開示しません。ただし、法令に基づき開示を求められた場合を除きます。

5. データの保持と削除

利用者は、本アプリ「設定」画面の「すべてのデータを削除」から、端末内の本アプリデータを削除できます。削除後の端末内データは復元できません。「ファイル」または iCloud Drive へ書き出したバックアップは、利用者が選択した保存先から別途削除する必要があります。

購入・取引記録の一部は、サブスクリプション運営、不正防止、法令遵守または会計上の義務に必要な期間、Apple、RevenueCat または当方が保持する場合があります。
