KIZMU Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use define the conditions for using KIZMU, an app provided by the developer. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Fees

The app can be used for free. Some features are offered as auto-renewing in-app subscriptions under the Plus and Pro plans. Prices, free trial periods, and billing cycles follow the information shown on the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel from iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.

3. Prohibited Actions

You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app; infringe the rights of the developer or third parties; or use the app in violation of laws or public order.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. The developer does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for damages arising from use of the app. The training log features are not a substitute for medical advice or professional coaching.

5. Changes

The developer may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms become effective when displayed in the app.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes related to the app are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location.

第 1 条 (適用)

本利用規約 (以下「本規約」) は、開発者 (以下「当方」) が提供するアプリ「KIZMU」(以下「本アプリ」) の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第 2 条 (利用料金)

本アプリ本体は無料で利用できます。一部の機能 (Plus / Pro プラン) はアプリ内自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供します。料金、無料体験期間、課金サイクルは App Store の表示に従います。サブスクリプションは期間終了の 24 時間以上前にキャンセルされない限り自動的に更新されます。解約は iPhone の「設定」→「Apple アカウント」→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。

第 3 条 (禁止事項)

利用者は以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布
2. 当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
3. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

第 4 条 (免責)

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は本アプリの正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証せず、本アプリの利用により利用者または第三者に生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。本アプリのトレーニング記録機能は、医療・トレーニング指導の代替ではありません。

第 5 条 (本規約の変更)

当方は、必要と判断した場合は利用者への通知なく本規約を変更できます。変更後の本規約は、本アプリ内で表示された時点から効力を生じます。

第 6 条 (準拠法・裁判管轄)

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する一切の紛争は、開発者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
